West Colfax Avenue runs through the city of Lakewood, Colorado. Most famous on this strip is Casa Bonita, a tourist destination for many years, with indoor cliff diving.

The West Colfax Avenue Action Plan was adopted as a Comprehensive Plan Amendment by the Lakewood Planning Commission and approved by City Council in December of 2005. The Action Plan will serve as a guide for redevelopment efforts along West Colfax Avenue.
